Is Aliign Available Offline?

No, we don’t have our own offline store yet.

How to get the Newsletter discount?

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept Visa and MasterCard cards.

Note: For debit cards, make sure your card can be used for online transactions.

The most common reasons for payment refusal:

  • Account does not have sufficient funds

Make sure your bank account has sufficient funds, then select one of the options to process your payment again.

  • The name of the account owner does not match the information you provided.

Please update your billing information with correct details.

  • The issuing bank does not allow the use of bank accounts for online transactions.

Contact your bank to allow this type of transaction, then select an option to process your payment again.

  • The bank account no longer exists.

Update your billing information with a different bank account or credit card.

  • Limited number of transactions

Please contact your bank.

How do I know certain items are sold out?

A notification are displayed when the items are currently out of stock “Item is not available/out of stock at this time”

Can I reserve an Item?

No, Items that have been put in your shopping bag will be stored as long as the item is available.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact info@alignactivewear.com (Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM Central Indonesia Time). Please note, once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

How to check my Invoice/receipt?

You can find the Online Invoice via your e-mail. We will also send you the printed Invoice along with the packing slip on your order.

What shipment company do you use? And how long does it take?

We trust DHL Express as our shipping method. Worldwide shipping takes 4-5 Business days to arrive.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not cancel if the DHL staff is calling you, as you would have to confirm the package. Full responsibility shall be in your hand if there is a problem regarding the unconfirmed package.

How can I check the status of my order?

We will send you a notification via e-mail regarding your Tracking Number.

What are the Return Options available?

You can send the package containing the returned item via the logistic courier company of your choice (DHL is highly suggested). Shipping costs are at your own expense.

Can I return Sale/Discounted items?

Any discounted items or clearance items cannot be returned or re-funded.

How do I return the Item order?

Please send your return inquiry at info@alignactivewear.com. We only accept the request at maximum of 7 days from the arrival of your package, make sure that the tags are still attached, and the item condition must be as perfect as when it arrives (perfect condition).
