What are the Return Options available?

You can send the package containing the returned item via the logistic courier company of your choice (DHL is highly suggested). Shipping costs are at your own expense.

 

Can I return Sale/Discounted items?

Any discounted items or clearance items cannot be returned or re-funded.

 

How do I return the Item order?

Please send your return inquiry at info@alignactivewear.com. With the list below;

  1. Full Name
  2. Date of your placed order
  3. Tracking Number
  4. Explanation of the problem you are experiencing, along with the picture.

 

We only accept the request at maximum of 7 days from the arrival of your package, make sure that the tags are still attached, and the item condition must be as perfect as when it arrives (perfect condition).

 

What if my order arrives in a damaged condition?

We will ensure each order will arrive in a perfect condition, if you do receive damaged items or manufacturing fault occur. Please contact info@alignactivewear.com directly and we will help to sort out your problem.
